We kept it really small, with immediate family and close friends, and it was just an absolutely wonderful mix of my old friends and new. From all stages of life, beliefs and personalities, we were laughing and enjoying each other, even those who had never met previously.
I can't thank Bethany enough for giving me the opportunity to celebrate the impending arrival of my daughter with those who are so dear to me.

Our yummy spread!

Little Ralphie is growing so fast!

The wonderful afgan that my Mom knit for me. We went together for me to pick out the colors and my Mom's been furiously knitting to get it done in time.

There were just a few pink outfits, which will be put to good use and got quite the warm reception.

I was forwarned about Nadia's gift, as she said she "took a risk." My, oh, my! HOT PINK!

Emily had to leave before we had a chance to take this picture, but I'd hardly say she left "early" as we were there for over 4 hours. What an extremely special group of women. I'm so blessed to have them all in my life!

And these three in my family. So much strength and love will be shown to our little girl.

It was an absolutely amazing afternoon that I will treasure for my lifetime.
Thank you.

What a wonderful event - I love that it was a small group, so much more intimate. That hot pink outfit - woohoo! Nice! I can feel the love in each of those pictures. Thanks for sharing with us.
