What a weekend!

Probably one of the ugliest pictures in my IG feed, but it gives me so much joy/hope/reassurance, and mainly resolution. With the purchase of two more Diono Radians we will be SET. No new vehicles. Now, now, finally now, I can be excited about how close o

I never knew I could be so happy about car seats! After a few weeks of nagging, a couple of tear filled breakdowns and at least one week of bad attitude from me and Tony finally provided us with the answer: the carseats fit! We'll need to purchase two new Diono Radians, but that's a whole lot cheaper than one or two new vehicles!
Date night with @fontainenine! #brasa, naturally followed by the MN State High School Hockey Championship game.
Tony and I went on a date Saturday night. We went to Brasa for the third time and goodness, it just tastes so freaking good! We shared three small meat plates and three small sides, including our favorite the fried yuca.
Like most parents of young children, Tony and I have been certain today's observation of DST would hurt. We assumed it'd only be felt in early hours and cranky nap times, but neither of us saw croup coming. :(

Ezra unfortunately ended up with croup, so we spent some time in the steamy bathroom at 4:30am Sunday morning. And here, we'd been dreading DST, but instead it was croup that hurt the most. He's doing much better, but still has a bit of a cough and fever.

And to round it out, Isaac spent the night last night at my Mom's, so Ezra and I meandered around Target for a good almost two hours. I spent a bit of money, but I'm happy to say that their Easter baskets now have contents and I have most of the makings of their busy bags/big brother gifts for when their sister makes her appearance!

Oh, and I shot the last of my scheduled sessions! This was a great anxiety reducing weekend!

Wow.. it's been awhile since I've commented haha, but I'm so glad you had a great weekend!

Praise Jesus for car seats that fit and for Target trips and all the little joys you're celebrating!

I hope your week is just as good and your little guy feels better- soon!

I discovered your blog recently and had to comment on the car seat issue... we will probably be facing this dilemma soon as we get ready to try for baby #3. What kind of car do you have? And what types of car seats. I'd love to know how you made them fit! Love your blog by the way!

I'm glad to hear it!

I think a lot of people would appreciate more details on the three car seats in your cars! We'll face this one day and the idea gives me anxiety.

Hope Ezra is feeling better!
