How big is baby: Little miss is measuring in over 19 inches
and 6 pounds.
Weight gain/loss: Down to 20lbs this week. We barely ate this
past weekend due to this dang sickness. It completely wiped out our appetites,
so my MW wasn’t too surprised when I showed zero weight gain from my appt two
weeks ago. And because I love comparing, it absolutely blows my mind that I weighed 9lbs more at this point with both boys!
Stretch marks: After two pregnancies, I somehow still
don't have any.
Sleep: Well our house seems to be on the mend with
this sickness, but unfortunately the damage was done. While we had a good week
of him sleeping through the night in his crib, he now expects to be whisked
away to cuddle in bed like he was when he was in the pack and play in our room
and most recently when he was sick. We’ve had back to back nights of wake ups
demanding he be let out. I really hope he’s a quick study and realizes it’s
just for the best if he rolls over, hunkers down and falls back to sleep in his
crib.
Diet/Cravings/Aversions: Much like last week, alcoholic beverages and tortillas,
filled with pretty much anything.
Movement: My goodness this girl can stretch out in a
small space.
What I'm loving: Last week was hard. Very hard. My having to
stay home two days didn’t really help my position at work going into maternity
leave, but it was also an incredibly
sweet time. As any mother who has dealt with a lengthy sickness knows, in just
a week or two or a month, you forget just how bad it was, but you remember the
snuggles and the way that you, and only you, are needed by your child. I
essentially had a 4 day weekend to cuddle with my family and get healthy. It
wasn’t fun, but I will cherish the memories of just being with my family.
Symptoms: Still a very apparent lack of heartburn. I swear I’m not complaining . . . it’s
just definitely different. Otherwise, you name it.
What I'm looking forward to: Considering that we actually have things in place, have
transitioned the boys, have remedied the carseat situation . . . I’m actually
starting to nest, maybe, I think. It’s never been an option for me, because we
were always stressed about one thing or the other right up until delivery! So,
with that being said, we’re making some updates to the photo wall and our
bedroom. I’m really looking forward to getting some of these pieces in place!
Also, I’m really looking forward to spending some time with Gina
next week for a late maternity session. She’s still nursing a broken foot and I’m
going to be 37w pregnant, so as she said “I’m not going to try to make it
perfect!” It’ll be what it is and it will be the perfect representation of us,
now.
Best moment of the week: Today. Today, I'm having a good hair day and I'm wearing a pair of my non-maternity jeans with a hair tie.

How I'm feeling: Now that we’re clearing out this sickness, I’m feeling
really good! I’m praying that God is in complete control of the when’s, where’s
and who’s of this little miss’ delivery and that’s about it! God has amazingly
blessed us with 4 pregnancies and I’m overjoyed to meet my 3rd child
and trying to enjoy what we expect to be my final pregnancy.

You look fantastic friend :)
What?!?!?! Non-maternity? Are you serious? No wonder you look so great! That's awesome Leah!
Can't believe it's almost baby time!
You look so great! :o) It is hard to believe that pretty soon we will all be hearing the big announcement! I am wishing you lots of joy and peace as you enjoy these precious days leading up to the arrival of your sweet baby girl.
I can't believe you can still fit into non-maternity pants. Even with a hair tie...totally not fair! lol. You look great!
