Baby Orajel Naturals Review & $100 Target Giveaway

Tuesday, May 1, 2012

This little kidlet just started getting teeth. I knew that we were seeing the last few days of his gummy smile, but I still wasn't prepared for the fussiness or chomping. I was really pleasantly surprised to hear of this Baby Orajel Naturals opportunity, as it was just in the nick of time!

As you can tell, Ezra approves of the new tablets. They are the first and only homeopathic offering from the #1 teething brand, Baby Orajel. You can't beat that they dissolve in about 10 seconds use Chamomilla as one of the key ingredients, and are belladonna-free, benzocaine-free, dye-free, alcohol-free, and paraben-free.

To be honest, we used some Baby Oragel products with Isaac, in addition to a few different homeopathic remedies like an amber necklace and another brand of natural teething tablets, but I never quite fell in love with any product.
I didn't like the chemicals I thought we were exposing to him with the numbing gel, and I wasn't exactly thrilled when the teething tablets were recalled, so this is an amazing middle ground I feel really good about!

I just have to share one of my favorite moments that happened while I was taking these pictures of the boys. It's such a blessing to watch their relationship as brothers develop. Sure, Isaac gets frustrated when we ask him to share his toys or to not get upset when Ezra has no idea he's interrupting Issac's play, but here, here is the very heart of what I envision for their future.

And every time Ezra looks up to Isaac, I can only imagine what that will mean down the line. These are my favorite moments of being a mom to two boys.

So tell me, what was your favorite moment as a new mom?  Share yours in the comments to be entered for a chance to win a $100 Target gift card, courtesy of BlogHer and Baby Orajel Naturals.

My favorite moments were during the middle of the night, after nursing, when she would nuzzle into my neck. No matter how tired I was, I always held her for a moment and just took her in, with that new baby smell. I miss those moments, but luckily, they're being replaced by equally special new ones.

As a new mom I always loved our time spent rocking in the recliner. I held her as often as I could, and ignored the advice that said she would be spoiled from being held. I tried so hard to cherish the time that her entire little body could fit in my arms.

Love these images Leah! My favorite moment to date was just last week at the park with Lucy. We were swinging the way I used to as a child with my friends, she sat facing me on my lap. When I started to pump higher, she giggled with delight, wrapped her arms around me, and then laid her sweet little face on my chest, snuggling right in. Then she started to sing. My heart overflowed with joy, knowing that she felt completely safe and content right there with me. I remember thinking it was the best moment I've had with her since she's been born. Thanks for giving me an opportunity to share it!

My beautiful baby, all slimy and wet, fresh from "hatching". Just as I place my finger in the palm of his hand, he closes his hand around my finger. He was holding my hand for the first time. It was as if he was just saying, "I'm really here Momma, and I am so happy to be yours" <3 My sweet baby boy...
