This weekend was a doozy. That is certain.
Friday night, I was lounging a bit when I noticed how dreamy the light was. I was practically whimpering at the door looking out to our front yard, wishing I had someone to take pictures of. The air had a bit of bite to it, but Tony just told me to bring Ezra out, so I did.
Me oh my. So glad I listened.
Quite certain I can't stop staring at this picture. It's my desktop, my lock screen and my wallpaper.

I wish I could have had a session scheduled, but still made use of it. :)
Saturday the weather played tricks with us, but I had so much fun with two of my scheduled shoots in the morning and rescheduled by the request of my afternoon session. Before I popped over over to a friend's baby shower, I grabbed a gift card at Target and got me a little something on sale, which I got to later wear out! After the shower, I got home to freshen up and then head out the door for my Dad's banquet with Tony and the boys. After dinner, we brought the boys over to my Mom's and then headed out for drinks with friends. We got to my Mom's just a little after 11:00 to collect our children. In the very near future, I think we'll have to start finding a baby sitter, instead of relying on family.
I just love Sunday mornings, bringing both boys into bed. Tony and Isaac had a little bit of wrestling match going on! Tony made the boys some chocolate chip pancakes and then we made our way to church.
I played a bit of an April Fool's on facebook, with this status update "Tony and I can't believe it happened, but we're excited for the next phase of our lives in West Virginia!" Some quickly called it out as an April Fool's so I tried to keep it going, but I knew I couldn't "Tony has been considering a job offer in WV and Idaho. The offer just got upped for VW to cover
relocation costs and, oh, who am I kidding. We'll live in MN till we
I got to get in an amazing run on Sunday. I first set out for a 4.5 mile run, but extended it to 6 miles because I just felt that good. Hasn't happened in a long time! From there I quickly ran up to Anoka for my first senior session and then a family session with some close friends.
After that we quickly jet off to my StepDad's birthday gathering!
Like I said, it was a whirlwind, but such a great weekend spent with a variety of quality friends and family.
