The Makings of an Outfit pt 2

Wednesday, June 1, 2011

Last fall for our family session I posted a recap of our outfits and since there were several comments about my navy dress, I thought it'd be fun to again call out the specifics. Plus then I get to direct you to Gina's blog one more time because she posted our session, with a few pictures that she was holding out on! It's hard to believe that Gina only came into my life almost 3 years ago when we met for a maternity session when I was pregnant with Isaac. I don't think either of us anticipated the friendship that was to come or the changes that we have seen in each other, but all for the absolute best! It's hard to believe that the next session Gina covers for us will be the birth of Baby Love. Potentially this month!

This style board was something I'd been working on for at least two months. I got an idea into my head and I just couldn't shake it and it all started with Tony's shirt. I will again reiterate the best place to start when planning outfits for a photo session is with pieces you already own.

I have got to figure out our outfits for our family photos in a week and a half! Things get complicated when you add a whole other person to the color/pattern mix!

p.s. I am so excited that you are having a birth photographer. How exciting!
