To pull a page from the archives, "Holy crizap, you guys" Baby Love is now considered full term.

37w1d full term Baby Love vs 37w with Isaac.IMG00602-20110613-0842

And clothed.
I'm really starting to dig to put together outfits, but I do love this one: AE non mat top, Marshall's cardi and ON mat jeans.

From my weekly email: Your baby is now considered full term, even though your due date is still three weeks away. If you go into labor now, his lungs will likely be mature enough to fully adjust to life outside the womb. He weighs 6 1/3 pounds and measures a bit over 19 inches, head to heel (like a stalk of Swiss chard). Many babies have a full head of hair at birth, with locks from 1/2 inch to 1 1/2 inches long.

How far along?: 37w1d
How big is baby?: 19 inches with legs extended and 6 1/3lbs.
Weight gain/loss?: Just under 30lbs.
Stretch marks?: Andrea, be jealous no longer! I have flecks starting, they're coming.
Maternity clothes?: Bottoms, hope to make it to the end with the tops I have.
Sleep?: I'm officially uncomfortable.
Food cravings?: Anything fresh + light.
Gender?: We're having another son!
Movement?: Enough to keep me happy.
Belly button?: Exploring new territory.
What are you looking forward to this week?: I think I'm looking forward to finding out if Baby Love has made any progress. I think.

Notables: Well, even if there is no known baby progress within my body, there is finally baby preparation and progress being made within our house!

Friday night, I started sewing the first two rows of 15 for my quilt, without any casualties! We're talking at least a 10 year separation between a sewing machine and myself, so I'm thrilled that it went so well!

And while Isaac and I were at my Mom's Tony was busy at home. And when I say busy, I mean ridiculously so. He was up to his butt in alligators bringing out baby gear, cleaning baby gear and even washing applicable parts! I was so incredibly happy to come home to see his progress, even if our house has been sufficiently cluttered again.

Also new this week, Isaac is officially forward facing in the Jeep. Tony has installed one of the infant carrier bases and in doing so we had to move Isaac from the center seat to the side, which also meant flipping him. While normally Isaac tends to chat quite a bit, he has not stopped talking. It's so fun to hear him be so excited about the things that he now sees!
[I swear he's actually happy in this picture, it's at the tail end of his "smilecheese."

Isaac has gotten amazingly articulate at saying Baby Love's name. To the point where Tony and I are honestly thinking about trying to not have him see my mother in law or my Dad, because those two are notorious for asking Isaac what his baby brother's name is. Tony was hoping there could be another name that we could say that he's saying, but I don't think there's any denying it now. So, if you see us, please do not ask Isaac, because you'll ruin our surprise and/or make me chose to name Baby Love something else just because I'm stubborn like that.

On Saturday, I shot my final wedding before baby and also knocked out a maternity session Sunday morning. I am ridiculously sore, but I can't even tell you how amazing Saturday went. I didn't blog too much about how much anxiety I had regarding making this June 11th wedding, but I just did not want to screw over the bride and groom! As soon as I climbed into the car and sat down at the end of the day the tears would not stop flowing. I am just so incredibly grateful that God granted me such an amazing day and for all of the prayer support that I received.

We're in the homestretch people!

Whenever I get pregnant again, I am totally consulting your blog for fashion ideas. No matter what you put on, that cute skinny belt just makes the outfit! Love it! We too waited as long as we could before turning Josiah's carseat around, but once we did, it is so much more fun to hear him talking about all the things he sees. I know Isaac will love it!

Home stretch, baby!! I can't wait to "meet" Baby Love and I'm dying to see how much he looks like his big bro. I'll be thinking and praying for you guys in these coming weeks :)

And stretch mark? You mean stretch dot, right?! ;) That's nothing...you still look fab!

Have fun sewing! I try to pretend I know what I'm doing, but sometimes it sneaks out that I don't. By sometimes I mean often. ;)

That's funny about the name. I am awful, awful, awful with surprises, but you got me to thinking maybe I will surprise people about our next baby's name...just for fun. (I bet I couldn't hold it in.) Can I ask why you're keeping it a secret? Just for fun, or because you don't want other people taking it? ;)

You look great! And you can hardly call that a stretch mark! ;) The front of my belly is being stretched so thin and the marks are really coming out this time around.

I don't know about you, but I'm ready to meet our little guys!!!

Hi Leah! I've been reading your blog for some time now having found it on TheNest (Mpls). I just wanted to say "hi". I was actually at the wedding that you shot this past Saturday, 6/11. My husband is high-school friends with the groom. I saw you outside the church when we arrived and pointed you out to my husband and told him that I read your blog. I had full intentions of coming to say hi to you that day but didn't want to interrupt you when you were obviously busy and before I knew it, you were gone. So, anyway, wanted to say hi and tell you that you look amazing for 37w (all baby!).

Yay, you are almost there! Congrats, mama! I got stretchmarks at 36 weeks in the same place where yours are starting. Hope yours stop growing (mine didn't...booo). You look beautiful!
