I've definitely been in a funk these past few days or weeks. I wrote yesterday that I feel like I've been coasting through the pregnancy lately, but to be truthful to myself, I think I've just been coasting in general.

Wake up after poor night of sleep - Get ready for the day - Assemble something that fits - Catch the bus - Put in meaningless hours at work - Catch the bus - Drive to my Mom's - See Isaac - Drive home - See Tony - Make dinner - Watch boring tv - Edit photos - Get ready for bed [Repeat]

I do have two highlights though, although my way of showing it clearly differs.

This kid is my absolute heart and joy.

How can you not smile around him?

His sense of curiosity will surely get him in trouble in the future.

Because he is absolutely mischievous on top of curious!

One of my favorite pictures to date of my little man.

He is enthralled by bugs of late and he was so excited we found a Box Elder bug . . . I'm just thankful they're scarce.

Sometimes I feel bad when I think about how much his world is going to be overturned by Baby Love, but I try to tell myself that he's going to just love him to pieces!

This post is all over the place, but seriously I'm just so thankful for the men in my life. Isaac and Tony, you are definitely my bright spots.

Sorry you're in a a funk. I know how that goes. Hope it's over soon. Blame it on hormones :)

Issac is such a little man! I love it!

I can really relate to the your comment on how curious your son is. My son is the same way, I love watching him explore the world.

Hi, Leah. Been a fan of your blog for quite a while now and today was moved to post a comment. My "little man" will turn 14 on April 23rd. (How time flies!) He had just turned 2 when his baby sister came along. I too, was concerned about how his world would change with a sibling in the picture. Greg first held "sissy" when she was a few hours old. When daddy told him it was someone else's turn to hold her he clamped his arms around her tightly and firmly said, "No, mine!" He really cried when he had to give her up. I believe your beautiful Isaac will feel the same way about Baby Love. I wish you and your family many blessings in your last trimester and throughout your life together.

Great photos. Love the one of him with his hand in his pocket.

Hope the funk passes soon. How's the weather up north? Warm weather always snaps me out of my funks...I hope you guys get sunshine soon!
