It's certainly true that we will save money with a second boy, although the sizes will be 3 months off which may pose a problem some seasons, so there's no real rush to outfit the little one. But after knowing Baby Love was a
he for two weeks, I finally thought it was high time something be purchased in celebration of this fact. Of course I turned to Etsy.
First,
the hat.

Second,
the receiving blanket.

In my minds eye, Baby Love will skip over the hospital grade blue and pink striped hat and baby foot print receiving blankets and be placed into these guys. Seems an odd request for a birth plan, which probably won't be written
again, but hey, it's all a part of the perfect birth I'm dreaming up.

I love both items. So sweet and simple and just perfect.
That hat is adorable! Oh so teeny tiny... I can hardly remember them being that small! Love it!
Love!!
I can't wait to see Baby Love wearing that hat in his newborn shoot. Love them both!
My mom knit a hat for my daughter and that was the hat they put on her right when she was born. I love being able to look at the pictures and see something with so much meaning.
Gorgeous! It is fun to be able to buy them something that is just "theirs". In fact, there are 2 of Brayden's outfits that I am not sure I will let a future sibling wear simply for that reason. 2 outfits out of several boxes doesn't make me crazy, does it? :)
i adore that hat!! i think you can't have too many receiving blankets, either! great choices.
