Agh, that sucks. Short term at least. Since there was unhappiness with his position, hears to hoping that this will open up many new opportunities that are more satisfying.

I will keep you all in my prayers!

Oh wow. I like to think that God tests you guys constantly because you have such an impact on those around you, and that you will be greatly blessed for your faithfulness. Because if I didn't believe that, I would think that this is incredibly unfair. Hugs and prayers for you!

Oh, Leah :( I am praying that God has something far greater in store for your family right now. We cannot see it, because we don't know His plan, but it will show itself soon.

im so sorry...ill be praying for you! this might sound trivial but have you ever thought about ads on your blog? you have over 600 subscribers and your writing/blog is consistently great...i think advertisers would snap your space up.

it would be something extra. maybe thats a lame idea

OH no - Oh Leah I am so sorry to hear this. As a wife whose husband has been out of work for 7 months now, I can honestly say I understand how you are feeling. It's so scary right now - I'm afraid to get sick or break anything cuz we can't afford to take care of it :(:(:( I'll be praying for you guys.....

Ugh. I'm sorry Leah. You guys will be in my prayers.

PS- I agree with the previous commenter that suggested considering ads. My BlogHer ad consistently brings in enough to pay for a couple weeks' worth of groceries. Maybe it's a little bit of a sell-out. But for us, it's made just that little bit of difference without (I think?) being terrible obtrusive.

Oh my, Leah. Tyler is still unemployed (10 weeks now) and now I just lost my job last week too. Life is insane... the only thing keeping us going is our trust in God, as "corny" as it may sound. That is the only thing keeping us going... knowing He has it all under control and knowing He will take care of us, He knows our needs, and will provide for every one of them. Praying for you.
