Tony is the epitomy of smooth.

Oh yes my friends.

Within a span of five minutes at church yesterday, I had these gems spoken to me.

1. In reference to the daily concern that my ring will not make it off my finger {still okay for now, but it's getting tight!}, Tony almost said my finger was fat . . . instead what he managed to salvage the situation with is that I have more skin now!

2. In reference to my purple feet due to a Florida sunburn and increased blood circulation, what did my dear precious husband call me? Barney. I kid you not.

I have a couple of posts that I owe attention to: Tony's progress on the nursery, a craft show with my Mom and my #2 baby shower!

Good catch on the first one Tony...but I think he might have lost points on the second comment!

Zach calls my feet "duck-feet" and quacks when I'm barefoot.

I'm not pregnant, so this is all. the. time.

Hahahahaha this is SO something my husband would do!!! He once told me that my "stomach sticks out like that because I have a uterus". Gee, just when I was thinking how great it was to be wearing my skinny jeans....

Wait a minute, you get more skin on your fingers with pregnancy? Say what? :) And the Barney comment is too perfect. I hope you made him pay for that one.

Also, the child pictured below is beyond adorable. Looks like someone is getting some practice with her camera for the months to come:)

haha! Isn't it better though, that he's not smooth, but he's honest? I'd rather have an honest man who's rather.. not smooth.. than a man who's super smooth all the time. :) Very lovable!

I have to say that I would probably NEVER let my hubby live down calling me Barney!

bless his heart!

I would take your rings off while you can. a friend of mine left hers on too long and it had to be CUT off. her baby is four months old and she just now got it back from being repaired! maybe you could find an inexpensive band or something to wear in the meantime?
