I'd rather not be friends with you.

Roto Rooter and I should not have a relationship and yet we do, or atleast there is between my husband and Mr. RR, as of today.

Last night I went to the bathroom and was very perplexed as to why the toilet was clogged, automatically blaming Tony for previous damage! I called him down . . . and wouldn't you know, our main sewage line was clogged.

Yay, just what I wanted to spend money on.

Tony tried all of his tricks and tried out his Dad's snake, but all to no avail. Roto Rooter is at our house now and I'm hoping he sticks to under 100 feet . . . otherwise it's $200 more on top of the initial $300!

This post is pictureless because I like you.

oh no that sucks! I hate spending money on such no-fun stuff. Especially if it involves a clogged toilet...

Awwww honey I'm so sorry! Let's just pray that this is one of those situations where the Lord shows how wonderful He is to provide and blesses you with the funds if things get worse (which I hope they don't!). Good luck and thanks for sparing us the pictures.

Yeah we just had to spend $420 on some super exciting plumbing work. The only difference is that our kitchen sink now does not take 20 minutes to drain. Wow. This was also after Ben tried everything he could to fix it himself.

Ewe..I hate those little unexpected $$$ events in life...like the freaking $200 ticket I just paid yesterday...it hurt my heart! But unlike a speeding ticket, I guess the toilet clogging wasn't your fault...I'm sorry!!! Here is hoping for shallow digging!

I was going to ask if you have lots of trees, but I take it that you do from the "stupid silver maples" comment.

I hope that it stuck to under 100 feet, but unfortunately, I'm betting he probably didn't :(
