30 weeks

My stomach is now as big as my butt! I don't know if that makes me sad or happy, because looking at the above picture I feel like I'm going to fall forward on my face lol.

Baby bless is now topping the scale at about 3 lbs, measures about 10.8 inches from crown to rump and measures about 17 inches from head to toe.

Apparently I'm also experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions . . . even if I'm not aware of them? Interesting, as I've never heard that before and thus far have not dealt with them to my knowledge.

Baby bless is still very active, although it already seems that the amount of hitting or kicking is less than the amount of time that I feel pushing . . . which it seems all of the Mom's tell me is due to lack of room already. Yikes. We've still got a ways to go! He can't be that big already!

He's also still practicing breathing movements which have now become rhythmic; and can sometimes get the hiccups when he accidentally swallows amniotic fluid the wrong way.

Bending is getting quite bothersome and I'm glad that I infrequently wear socks, because honestly they are such a pain!

I can't believe I'm already at 30 weeks. There's just something about being in the 30's that makes it more inevitable and we're sooo not ready!

Don't worry, you'll be ready soon!

I still haven't felt Braxton Hicks contractions either. You may never feel them and from what I hear, that's a good thing! :)

You, Missy, are stunning! I don't know what you are talking about. All of those "beautiful people" (and myself) can only hope to look as great as you do when we're pregnant.

bending over is getting bothersome and the difficult with the socks...now these are the type of things I need to hear to keep these baby thoughts at bay.

I can't believe you are this far along already...crazy and so exciting all at once!

Looking fabulous, Leah! I know what you mean about the 30s. I spent weeks 30-32 in minor panic mode, but I'm feeling better again. There's something about turning that corner!

My baby is also more of a pusher than a hitter. I think it's because they are gentle, loving little boys who would NEVER hit mom. ;)

Rumor has it, you're never REALLY ready for a baby. But I bet you'll be a fab mom!

You look great, as always!

I haven't seen you in real life in forever. Last time I saw you, you had a little bump. Now it's a basketball :)

FYI...when I have Braxton Hicks, they feel like my skin is stretching, and they're low. Almost in the RLP region, but more across the belly than in one location.
