I spent 45 minutes sitting in my driveway today trying to start my new vehicle.
The key would not turn in the column. Like, wouldn't budge.
Saturday = me pissed.

Leah - that stinks! I'm hoping that this issue is already resolved...how frustrating. I'm sure you tried this - but did you try turning the steering wheel? A situation similar to yours happened to me once and that's how I was told to fix it (and it worked). But I'm guessing if you were working at it for 45 minutes, you tried everything.
